Four things,done properly.

Most people take all four — the same person sorting, building, launching, and maintaining it is the whole point. But if only one of them is your problem right now, start there.

And if you have never used anything more formal than a notebook and a group chat, that is a completely normal place to start from. Most of my favourite work begins there.

Workflow, SOPs & bottlenecks

Sort

Before anyone builds anything: where does the work actually get stuck? I sit with you, map how the business really runs, and write the steps down so anyone can follow them. Often the fix is not software at all.

  • Finding the bottleneck that is quietly costing you hours every week
  • Standard operating procedures, written in plain language your team will use
  • Getting what lives in your head onto a page anyone can follow
  • Deciding what is worth automating and what to leave alone
  • Choosing tools you will actually use, not the most impressive ones
  • An honest answer on whether you need custom software at all

Sites, apps & tools

Build

A website that brings in work, or the internal tool your team has been running out of a spreadsheet. Built around what your business actually does, instead of bent to fit a template.

  • Marketing sites that load fast and read well on a phone
  • Web applications with logins, roles, and real data behind them
  • Internal tools — job tracking, scheduling, quoting, reporting
  • Replacing a spreadsheet or a paper process with something that scales
  • Integrations between the tools you already pay for
  • Fixing or finishing a project another developer walked away from

Hosting, cloud & go-live

Launch

Domains, DNS, mail, certificates, backups. I run the cutover myself, so switch day is uneventful — which is the highest compliment you can pay a launch.

  • Domain registration, transfers, and renewals you will not forget
  • DNS migration with your email protected through the move
  • Secure cloud hosting that costs a few dollars a month, not a few hundred
  • Encrypted storage, automatic off-site backups, and a tested way to restore
  • Access control — who can see what, and who definitely cannot
  • Business email that lands in inboxes instead of spam folders

Monthly updates

Support

The work does not stop at launch. A flat monthly arrangement keeps the person who built it on hand for when something needs to change.

  • Content, copy, and photo updates as your business changes
  • New features and adjustments as you learn what customers want
  • Security and dependency updates so nothing quietly rots
  • Uptime and form monitoring — I find out before your customers do
  • Backups checked, not just assumed
  • A person to call who already knows how your system works

What it costs

Fixed price, agreedbefore anything starts.

Every project is different, so any price list here would be a polite fiction. What I can tell you is how the number gets set.

What is being built, what is not, and what it costs — before you commit to anything. If the work changes, we agree the change before it happens, not on the invoice.

You shouldn’t have to think twice about asking a question. Projects are priced whole, not by the hour, so a phone call never costs you anything.

A flat monthly rate after launch. Cancel it whenever — you keep the code, the accounts, and the data either way. Nothing here is designed to trap you.

Tell me what you need built.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether this is a two-week job or a two-month one. No charge for finding out.
